PT Lawn Tractors (formerly Tong Mowers) has developed from a long running family business and name associated with engineering and garden machinery. Combined, we have over 50 years experience.

We pride ourselves on genuine, honest advice and professionally carried out repairs, with no long waiting times.

We cover most of South East Kent, and sometimes further.

We are fully insured and our work shop is kept private to ensure complete security and the safe keeping of machines. Which is why we offer to collect and return your machine, for just the cost of the travel.

Please note; we are currently not able to offer repairs on smaller, 2-stroke machines. But we are very happy to advise!

    Mowers

    We offer repairs and service on certain makes of rotary walk-behind mowers. This can sometimes be dependant on the make, age and condition of the machine. Contact us to find out more.

    We come to you! We offer a range of mobile repairs & services, meaning your machine won’t even leave your home. However, if the workshop is needed, we can also collect and return.

We offer full workshop services on most makes of domestic ride-on mower. We also offer some services on pedestrian rotary mowers, dependant on make and age.

We also offer a variety of mobile services, meaning in many cases, we can come to you! Your machine won’t even leave your home.

    Mobile Repair

    This Husqvarna had new belts fitted at the customer’s house. Where available, this service is ideal for many as it eliminates long waiting times and the machine never leaves your home.

    All Types

    No Rust In Sight

    This John Deere had a new deck shell fitted, and all attachments swapped over. This is often a good option when mower decks rust beyond the point of repair.

    Pro Level

    We are often able to help with pro level machines too, like this 4wd Stiga with 50” cutting deck.

    Good Timing

    Some lawn tractors have a timing belt to operate the blades. This is another repair we are able to carry out on-site.

    They Don't Make Them Like They Used To
